We've Upgraded Our User Portal System!
Effective May 20, 2019 we have upgraded our user portal system. We have done this to provide you with even better security and features.
We've Upgraded Our User Portal System!
- The first time you log in to myGS1 US or GS1 US Data Hub® on or after May 20th you’ll need to make a one-time password change.
What to expect:
- The first time you log in to myGS1 US or Data Hub on or after May 20th you’ll do so using your current username (your email address) and your current password. Please note that the log in screen will look a little different than the one you’re used to.
- You’ll see a message on the screen notifying you that you’ll need to reset your password, and that you’ll get a password reset email from newusersetup@gs1us.org.
- Within seconds you’ll get the password reset email. Click the link in the email to reset your password. Be sure do to so within seven days since the link expires.
- Reset your password.
- Log in using your new password. It’s that simple!
Here's what's different:
- You’ll no longer have to answer your security question to reset your password. Your old security questions will no longer appear in the GS1 US User Portal.
- The password requirements are slightly different. The on-screen prompts will let you know you’ve met the requirements.
- If you ever need to change your password again in the future, just click the Forgot your Password link on the log in screen.
- We’ve improved the experience for General User Admins (you know you’re one if you manage other users at your company).
